Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Every audiobook project begins with a project consultation to review your manuscript, production goals, timeline, and publishing requirements. This initial appointment allows us to evaluate your project and provide an accurate production proposal. After the consultation, you’ll receive a customized quote outlining the scope of work, production schedule, and project investment. Recording sessions are scheduled only after the proposal has been approved and the required deposit has been received. Please be prepared to provide your manuscript, estimated word count, number of chapters, and any relevant publishing information before your consultation. If you need to reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new appointment request. Our goal is to provide every author with a smooth, professional production experience from manuscript to publication-ready audiobook.
