Cancellation Policy

**Booking & Payment** Submitting a booking request does not confirm your session. We’ll review your recording setup and availability, then send an invoice. Full payment and written confirmation from Cenatus Production Group are required to secure your session. Sessions start at $75 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Additional time requires your approval and depends on availability. **Your Recording Setup** You’ll need a suitable microphone, headphones, audio interface, compatible computer, and reliable internet connection. We’ll confirm the required software and connection details before your first session. Please complete the agreed setup check before your session and have your lyrics, instrumentals, and project files ready. **Session Time** Your session begins at the confirmed start time. Late arrival or incomplete preparation may reduce your recording time. Sessions are not automatically extended. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel for a full refund or reschedule without a fee. With less than 24 hours’ notice, payments are nonrefundable, but may be transferred once to a new session scheduled within 30 days, subject to availability. If you miss your session without notice, payment is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred. **Technical Interruptions** If equipment or connection issues prevent recording, we’ll assess whether to continue or reschedule. Unused time affected by a verified technical interruption may be transferred to another session. If an issue on our end prevents us from providing the service, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the unused time. **What’s Included** Your session includes live remote engineering, basic session edits, and delivery of your recorded audio files. Final mixing, mastering, vocal tuning, and extensive editing are quoted separately. **Privacy** We will not publish or use your recordings, session footage, or project materials for promotion without your permission.
